((go ebay catagory (pottery and glass)type in (mosanic) and you will see the very few pieces that are on there,also check what has been sold and you will see the prices these pieces go for.

looks like it might be French and fairly hard to find. colors seem to correct for the Mosanic pieces. this piece is made anywhere from 1895 until 1917 going from the website, F&W
