This is a child's sized necklace. There is NO clasp, it does not stretch. I placed it in the picture beside the roll of tape so that you can see just how small it is. I am an adult, with an adult sized head (LOL) and I bought it at the local pharmacy without paying mind to the size.

This has lived on my refrigerator for 2 years. There is a SCUFF! In picture 1 my finger is pointing to said scuff mark. I assume that at some point it was attacked by a box of cereal. This doesn't make it less effective, but I thought that you may want to know if you are looking to bid on it.

I will try to find my measuring tape, my son had it two days ago....I will try to find it.. :}. and get an actual length for you.
