This is a used phone. It was dropped and the side of screen comes up some as shown in the 2nd picture. Touch Screen works good still. It is just visual damage. There is some light scratches. Is a AT&T Phone. You will receive the phone, charger and the battery. :-)

I did re-set the phone to factory settings. It was my sisters old phone and she gave to me to list. So everything should be cleaned out that was in it. She got a new phone for her yearly upgrade with our family plan. Hope that answers your question. :-)

No i mean is the Electronic Serial Number or ESN Clean in other words is there any outstanding charges or fees due for that phone that will prevent me from getting it activated also does this phone take a SIM and is it unlocked or is it locked in with AT&T sorry for all the questions just want to make sure if i bid and win i can get it turned on and activated without any hassles lol thanks for the reply

HI Not a problem. I will be happy to answer any questions if I can. Yes it is clean. There is nothing due on it or fees. It was used in our monthly contract and it was taken off the plan once we put a new phone on the line. It does take a SIM card and It is a AT&T phone. I don't know if it is locked. When you turn it on it does say insert SmartChip. The screen shows AT&T when you start it up. We got the phone from AT&T as a upgrade that year with our plan. Is there anything I need to do to see if it is locked or not? We have never used any other service for our cell phone plan and have been with AT&T for 10 yrs or more so I don't know much about phones being locked or anything. If you decide to get the phone you can always contact me through Listia or I can give you my personal email to help you with any problems. Thanks

Everything sounds good with it and yeah its locked which doesn't really mean anything other than a few steps need to be taken to "unlock" it no biggie the term locked just means to be "locked" in with a certain service provider, "unlocking" the phone would just allow you to take your phone to any service provider for activation of their service, IE: Your AT&T Phone "unlocked" could be taken to say Verizon wireless and Activated on their service.
