Thankyou for the fan.. :) Nope, this dress does not have a elastic around the waist. I am a DDD and elastic waist does NOT work for me. But, it is like a wrap around dress, which brings the chest area to a V neck. The waist area has little loops on each side, to hold the belt in place. It is NOT a wrap dress, but it is stitched enough, to make it a solid dress. This dress, its awesome, it is in perfect condition, also, nomatter what, it NEVER wrinkles...Ask me any questions you may have.
