They are unsearched. I thought uncirculated meant it had not exchanged hands. What does uncirculated mean?

They touched hands, topps issued cards in wax packs, vending boxes, and cellos/rack packs. To put them in the sorting box u have pictured, theyve been circulated. Uncirculated coins, for example are straight from mint to bank
