I don't know if it is from that dye lot. If you enlarge pic no. 2 you can see a no. Next to the word color. It says right on both labels that these are "rich pink"--they are a dark pink, not red. Thanks for asking :)

It does say 4 on the front of the label. It also says medium 4 on the back of the label in pic 2. I believe that means that it's 4 ply, yes?

The dye lot is the number stamped in the white box above the bar code. Lydia was asking if those numbers are the same on both skeins. This is important because sometimes even the "same" color is just a touch off in different dye lots and it's hard to tell until you've done all the work to knit or crochet it.
