The listing, STERLING SILVER 925 MOTHER's RING has ended.

Vintage Sterling Silver 925 stamped ring,IT HAS BEEN WORN, & IS NOT BRAND NEW. appears to be like a mothers ring, I bought it off of ebay a couple of years ago. It is made so that the stones can be replaced, due to the unusual way the stones are set. There are 2 stones, then a silver flower, ( or place for another stone), then 2 more stones.

Hi, well,it appears that the first stone is Ruby red, next looks light a light Amethyst, then the silver flower ( that can be removed and a stone put in its place) , then looks like the next two are also light colored Amethyst. With my loop, inside the ring is printed in caps : STERLING then the shape of a diamond, with a ~v~ in the middle of the diamond shape,( except the outer ends of the V are straight not squiggly.) indicating the jewelers mark. Thanks for asking. ;)

Removing the stones should not be a problem, crazy as it is, the stones prongs are on the underneath side or shall I say inside the ring. ( and you can't feel the prongs, but from the inside you can see them. ) I hope this didn't confuse you. ;) Good Luck.

oh, I forgot to mention it is about a size 7, ( which can be re-sized by a jeweler for a few bucks, and weighs about 4.2 gms.
