It has so many uses without donating too. once you get this into mil yourself a few times, and it essentially becomes a demonic tutor every turn (except that your opponent know what you pulled)
also, if you have an instant or sorcery card in your graveyard, it'll be back in there after you play it. risky, but fun, with a good flavor to boot.
