Bob-no my friend I don't-I am sorry-there is probably stuff on there too-but then again I am not sure my son was as enthused about the gift as I thought he would be-can it be erased if so?? let me see what I can find on his body
Oh you can check how much data the USB can hold by plugging it into your computer and from the start menu go to computer and it should tell you how much it can hold in case you wanted to check it out
Your welcome, and if you have any questions about things your unsure about you can always ask me if you like does not bother me one bit! I figure the more you know about what your listing the more credits you can get. Sorry long rant not meaning to be, always looking to be of help if any
well-I certainly appreciate your kind offer and I think its great that you are so sweet to want to help out. Not many good people left -but I am glad one happened to stumble onto my page!!! thank you again and I will remember you for being so nice
so I followed the directions of my super helper above and I think I got this right-it said 7.15 GB free of 7.45 GB...what that all means I don't know but I am guessing that my son used .30 GB's and whether or not those can be erased , I would have to ask my new friend above-lol...and is that a lot???
lol its a probably 8GB after formateing it which is super easy to do same step as before; start menu-computer click on the device but this time right click on it and a drop down should appear in the drop down select format that will clean the whole drive out and give you the exact amount of space available on it
as far as if its a lot it depends on what its being used for since data is getting smaller but devices for storage are getting bigger. for example lets say it is an 8GB flash drive and I were to put 3.91 GB of music on it. Technically that is 1,007 music files and that would not max out your 7.45GB - 8GB flash drive so it can be a lot of space it just depends on what you are using it for
