No instructions come with it but the lighter fluid can be gas or kerosene.

I don't for these reasons:
1. The shipping cost is higher
2. You have to fill out international paper work (4) copies
3. You also have to fill out declaration paper work of the cost & what you are shipping.

If the cost does not stop you, the paper work will, unless you are a major company.

International shipping is costly & time consuming. I wish it was not so, but it is what it is. I know we are neighbors and it seems it should be easier ( just my opinion).
