Hi Kimberly :) Thanks for asking! It is approximately 8.25 inches end to end. I hope this helps. I am going to add this info in the notes :)

I laid it over my wrist which is not small. It has several holes so that it can be adjusted. The lengths to the closest hole is about 5.25 inches and the furthest is about 7.5 inches!
