The listing, Crimson Obsession hair dye from Splat! NEVER USED!! has ended.

New, never used hair dye from Splat!. The color is Crimson Obsession. I had my hair this color at one point, and man! Was it bright! Got a lot of compliments on it! :) (I actually posted a pic when I had the color.)
Bleach is NOT included, but I will include gloves(: No longer have the box... Sorry.

Yes, if you have blonde hair, or if you bleach it, its VERY bright red... if you have dark hair it will be a darker red, but it shows really good in the sunlight in darker colored hair... I loved the color when I had it.

I think you would have to bleach it a little bit depending on if your hair is dyed black or if it's your natural color
