This is a pretty blue dress that I bought at Nordstrom Rack. I don't fit into it anymore, so looking for a new home. Pretty ruffle details on the neckline and at the hem, deep V-neck & V-back, cap sleeves, and empire waist. Comes with ties that are attached to the side of the dress. It's rather slinky and stretches a bit. Good used condition. Please note there are a few light stains in the front of the dress on the skirt area. It's not very visible unless you are looking for it.
