This item is a stock motherboard out of compaq presario desktop tower pc model # SR5505F. The motherboard has on board graphics card. It takes a AMB Athlon x2 4200 type processor chip. This item does work. It came out of a fully functional computer. The processor chip that was on board was damaged. If you build computers or are interested in building a computer heres a key component. I did research the processor chip. It can be purchased for around $ 14.99 on amazon. The motherboard takes pc2 ram. It has two slots for ram. It has two slots for accesories. Upgraded graphics cards or wireless. It has two SATA connections.

Its a start to building a pc. There are still many componants needed to.get.the board to function. If you have current desktop and your old.motherboard went out you could pop this guy in there and be up and running. This item is def focused at a expirienced pc person. You can run into tech issues that only a computer savvy guy could handle
