Yes I have the item lol our mail is just slow some times it takes up to two weeks for my items to get to where they need to be our mail here is slow exspecially if the weather is bad I mailed myself a letter and it took two weeks for it to come back so that is why I ask to allow two weeks so that I do not get scammed. I think I have some extra $1 off cupons for these mud masks I will throw them in as a thank you for being patient. Even having items over nighted take long its never over night here lol its usually four days to a week. Thank you for your question I hope this helps
