Included with this System are One Sega Dreamcast Controller, One AV Adapter, One Power Adapter, as well as a Demo Disc so you can start enjoying your system right away. The system has been tested and is in excellent working condition. The system and controller are in good cosmetic condition, featuring only minor wear such as light scratches as well. Not that I care, I live in OH but if you offer free shipping you must include all states. Only way to enforce the 48 state rule you have is to not offer free shipping. On the other hand it doesn't cost more to ship to the other 2 states.
