Is it a decorative "drink" eg. pretty liquid not meant for consumption or are all ingredients human-grade for consumption? Also how would you describe the taste?

Yes everything you put in is edible. It like has a fruity taste. You can make it with alcohol or without. Whatever your choices you want to do. :-) But yes it everything is edible. :) I got this recipe from my sister-in-law because she's a bartender. :-). There was a black light 80s party one night during the summer. And we all tried it and it was really good. :-). It could be fun for the kids too. :-) Because there doesn't have to be any alcohol in it.
