This is a moving fish tank light with fish, lighthouse, boats, sea gulls, planes, dolphins, waterfall, and a blimp....its very very pretty and peaceful...this does work perfectly i plugged it in and checked it...this can be used anywhere...it is made of plastic has an on/off switch on the front of it....this item is used but in very good condition....it measures 15 x 11 x 4.5....if you have any questions please just ask..i do have more pics if you need them...this one was taken in the dark with the lite of so that you can see that it does work...thanks

Yes I take paypal....no there is no place on it to hang on the wall....it is made to sit on a shelve or somewhere...sorry
