This is a pdf file that I will send to your email. I have the resale rights to this.

There are 1000 recipes in this file. Recipes for soups, salads, desserts, meat dishes, drinks...

There are also 5 other pdf files with this that I will include. They contain instructions and info for the atkins diet and a carb counter chart. I have never used these and do not know if it is the complete diet plan or not. I just want you to be aware of that before you bid so you won't get mad if you win and it does not have the complete diet plan. It might be complete, but I don't know. This auction is actually for the recipes, but I am throwing in the rest of the files because I have them.

Just an FYI...if you win one of my digital delivery auctions, please be patient. I will send it as soon as I log in. I sometimes only log in once per day because of my busy schedule of being a Mom to 3 young children (see my profile pic). My log in times vary. I usually deliver within hours of auction end, sometimes within minutes, but sometimes I may not get to it until the next day. But I will get it to you as quickly as I can if you win.

This is the last time I will be listing this due to changes in Listia's listing policies. They no longer allow us to list "E-books and PDFs, including instructions, recipes, how-to guides, etc". They will allow any auction for these that was listed prior to today (Nov, 3) to complete, but anything listed today or after will not be allowed.
