This dress was only worn ONCE for Prom. It is a plus size dress from Oasis size Petite 16. Great for any formal occasion, this fun and flirty dress is perfect for a large chested, full figure young lady who wants to pull off the Betty Boop look! It is black and ivory with several layers under the skirt portion for fullness, very cute the pictures do not do it justice!
