This is a package of round, silver, two-sided stickers such as can be used to put prices on jewelry in a retail setting. There are 29 sheets of 28 stickers each, plus a partly used sheet with another 11 stickers on it. These are left over from when I used to make and sell jewelry.

These stickers seem to be made out of a material similar to those large mailing envelopes that look like paper but aren't, have fibers in them, and are very strong and resist water. They cannot be easily ripped off of an item once they are attached. The surface doesn't take a ball point pen well so you'd probably want to write on them with a fine-point permanent marker.
