This is a one of a kind. Specifies 5-8 pounds. You can layer for the winter or if you have a little tiny premie it will be great for summer when they grow into it. Soft 100% cotton. It was dyed first and then embellished with the flower and ruffles on front and cute little ruffle bottom. I hand and machine stitched the embellishments and I make sure there are no scratchy areas for delicate skin. This is what a disabled baby nurse does with her time when she has to give up what she knows.
