One sheet; I think its either silver or copper colored but i don't have a clue. This has been sitting in a drawer for many, many years so naturally the protective plastic has some wear but it doesn't appear to have any effect on the applique itself.

I honestly couldn't think of what to title this-"Navy Girl with Stylish Scarf"- or maybe the more apt "Least Sexy Pinup Girl Ever" ! If you can think of anything better- feel free to let me know in the comments.
