I disagree. It clearly states DVD slip cover and even goes so far as to say no movie included in all caps in the description. If people bid without reading it's their own fault.

This item is not prohibited by Listia rules and is clearly identified as a slipcover only with no movie included. It is listed in the "Other" category for Movies not as a DVD or Blu-Ray. There is nothing deceitful about this listing. It is a bidders responsibility to know what they are bidding on .... which means reading the entire listing. And FYI ... I have sold numerous slipcovers to buyers who were perfectly satisfied with what they received.
