:-) this is very cute bolero...If I were 50 years younger I'd go for it, but at 75 - HA nothing would help my arms look better (except maybe the founain of youth) or at least a fountain of NOT so saggy upper arms....LOL...

It is the shrug only! I just used the info from the auction i won it from. I am sorry i didn't change the title. I misunderstood also, and bid in haste is how i ended up w/it in the first place! The description DOES CLEARLY state the shrug only tho. I'm sorry for any confusion.
