I transfered my account from this phone to a new model and thats why its on here. And yes u can use it if you add minutes EVEN IF they dont get approved or somehow not be able to get free minutes. The woman I spoke to on the phone that helped me transfer my account VIA IMEI numbers said I could save the phone thats on this auction as a back up and use it if i broke my New one.

250 minutes? Thats an assurance phone & they can not be sold or transferred. The winner will not be able to activate it & get the 250 free minutes a month.

This is the exact phone that I had, that my son lost. It is assurance through virgin mobile. I need /want this I do not care about the free minutes as I have unlimited free on my account. Hope I win this!
