After the auction, you will get the winner's address (though not until they log on next and send it to you) and then you will just ship it to them. However, you NEED to a tracking number in case the person you ship it to claims that it never got there and so that if there are any delays, you know where it's at. I've had about 5 people never send me anything, with no tracking (obviously!) and I've had to fight for my credits back. And, I've also sent stuff out where it's gotten lost in transit and gone to places that even the post office aren't sure of why it went there but because of the tracking, the winner could see what was going on. Good luck. Oh, and because you aren't doing free shipping, you should message the winner with your email address for your paypal account to get the money to have the boots shipped out. Any other method will cost you bidders and time.

You can also get free shipping materials from USPS. As flat rate packages give you better bids than trying to come up with shipping costs otherwise. Also give the winner of shipping with it with out the box as it would be cheaper without it but some winners want the whole package. Welcome to Listia and good luck!

Sorry. I had just signed up for the site and didn't really know what I was doing. I posted a phone and somebody won it. I e-mailed them to ask how to send it and they never replied. I didn't know what to do. This is only the second auction I have posted, and now that I know how to ship items I will do so. :)
