Handmade christmas tutu this one fits up to 24 month has an adjustable waist band it is a dark hunter green and red!! picture makes it look black but i promise it is green!! headband is not included in this auction as it is already spoken for!! however if you keep watching for other auctions to be posted i will have christmas headbands and other tutus available soon!!!

I have noted in this auction that it fits up to 24 months but i was wrong it can fit bigger up to a size 4t for sure!! it has an adjustable waist band with the drawstring ribbon sorry to confuse anyone but i promise it will fit if ur not happy with it believe me i will make u another one I only like positive feedback so i do my best to provide professional like business!!!
