Ok This is a Avon Instant manicure set Color is Snow. These are really pretty. They are really cool. you just press them on the nail and smooth them out. I bought a bunch a while back because I could not handle the smell of nail polish, but no longer have the time to do my nails. They are super easy to use and come with instructions.
