Yes is it new with all parts and instruction booklet, and i am pretty sure that will fit in to a small flat rate box. (if it fits it ships) and that is $5.99 for all us states, except for maybe Hawaii and Alaska.(Maybe even them too?) That is First class shipping. If you use another shipping method that has an extreme price such as $20 Listia states that you have to show how you spent the money...like a shipping receipt, and so on. Flat rate is the best way. Free boxes and $5.99, free tracking and 1st $50 worth of insurance free. why not use that...you really can't go wrong with that?
