Planting here in Florida is very easy because of the weather. If you live up north, you will need to follow some steps for your area. There are plenty of videos in youtube, but of course, I can provide you with a guidelines on how to plant them.
Sorry another question. Would you recommend getting more then 15 seeds? I'm the only one in my household that actually likes green peppers and only cook with them in the winter time for chili stew ect which is only a couple of months. Just not sure how many seeds I will actually need to get enough peppers.
To be honest, I do not know how many seeds you are going to need, but ( can tell you that 15 seeds are enough for 3 to 5 plants (using the buddy technique and discarding the weak seedlings).
You plant 3 or 4 seeds together, then when they begin to grow, you thin out 1 or 2 seedlings (the weakness ones who are not strong and tall) and let the remaining 2 plants to grow together like as one plant.
