This is a cute Girls Light Blue flared skirt. She will feel awesome as she twirls around and sees it flare out.
It zips up in the back & has two pockets on the side. I have taken pictures of the pockets as it will show in picture #4, that the pocket is partly open & then partly sewed shut (bought that way), but the other one (picture #5) is not sewed up.

It is 100% cotton

Length - 17 1/2 inches
Waist - about 12 inches
flared out - 33 1/2 inches
