THIS IS A USED PSP that was given to me. what i do know about it is this: the wifi switch is missing and the umd door doesnt close very well. the aluminum frame was bent and the game doesnt go in well. i was told it will play games but i havent tried to fix the door to test it. i use the xbox 360, so i have NO desire to try to repair this. HERE ARE THE TERMS OF THIS AUCTION: the psp comes with a charger. at 10,000 credits, i will offer free shipping, at 15000 i will add a game (seen in picture) it is rainbow six vegas. i will not be doing a gin and this will be a standard 10 day auction. please do not ask about gin or free shipping because i have already explained this in the auction terms. any other questions? feel free to ask. also note: this is model number 1001

can the wifi still be switched on and off? if its stuck is it stuck on or off?
and, apart from the umd door is it fully workable, power up, acess to all menus?

I believe the wifi is off. she powers on and all the menu options are available. as far as shipping..... because I move around so much, I think free shipping at any level would be fair

I did win a psp silver 3001 that had a cracked screen for parts at 1600 credits. This being a phat model 1001...that is little high on the credits in order to get free at 5,000 credits. Wish you the best on your bids.

To lyost2, i've never seen psp's cheaper than $60 that worked and nothing wrong with them.

I can tell you that it dies power up and there's nothing wrong with the screen. I can't test any games because the metal tray is bent and I do not want to straighten it.

If anyone is interested you can purchase PSPs in perfect condition for about $20 at Speedy Cash pawn shops. They come with everything, even the SD card. I learned this when my son pawned his there and only got about $5 because all of the ones they had on display were super cheap. I think this would be good for someone who can work on them. I'm watching.
