Et Cetera is a wild west girl going to Hollywood (if you have issues with the timing there, don't even start the book) with a gun that shoots zodiac bullets. Amusing.

High Moon is kinda werewolfy-dark-I'm not quite sure what. I believe it is the start to a series. There are interconnected yet independent stories in it.

Love Hina is a boy in a girl's..dorm? I didn't read this one, so not sure.

King of Hell is a master swordsman brought back to life to track down other master swordsmen who were also dead and are now in other bodies before they wreak havoc.

Dejiko's is a mascot who is in competition with another worker at a games shop. She's witchy and jealous while trying not to appear so.

School Rumble is high school drama. Not my style, but was entertaining as they go.

Shaolin Sisters Reborn are three sisters who are reincarnated and so are their friends and enemies. They are gifted martial artists and have special bells.

Battle Angel Alita is a cyborg with no memory who shows up in a junk heap and knows a lost type of fighting so is clearly something other than trash.

Gacha Gacha is another high-school drama.

Mobile Suit Gundam looks like a Transformer/Mech space war setup.

Last Fantasy is a riff on every table top RPG

Suki is about a schoolgirl who is pursuing her teacher

Clover I haven't read and doesn't have a summary

Fruits Basket is about a girl who stumbles into a family that converts into the zodiac animals. It was interesting.

Nana is mature content about a couple girls in bands and clubbing

Gunslinger Girl features orphan girls rescued by an agency that turns them into brainwashed assassins.

That's a brief overview of what I can remember. Some I haven't read and some I don't remember well. You can probably find better overviews of the series online if these aren't sufficient.
