It's a makeup tool, can be used for either gender if you'd like. The guys in the pic are a Korean boy band, 2 am. Not sure why they are on the packaging, most of the writing on the package is in Korean.

It says Beauty Toc Gold Egg Vibration Puff, I think Beauty Toc is the brand name. The rest is all in Korean.
