I'm of special needs and on a very tight income here, so i do all i can to do Free Shipping ,when i can afford it. But the shipping fees is for that, postage and confirmation. bubble envelope & cardboard gas.ect. And i still end up pying out of pocket if it goes out Ca, or Wa, or Or ? I do try to keep my items safe in shipping. I just payed $6.00 on listia for a photo also and i thought that was ok ! it cost them $6.85 cents to ship it to me.
