Greetings Fellow Listians!This auction is for three single Fat Quarter fabric squares 18 in x 21 in. Assorted Batik design. They are truly beautiful! This fabric was "Made in India" according to the labeling.
Batik a technique of wax-resist dyeing applied to whole cloth, or cloth. The applied wax resists dyes and therefore allows the artisan to color selectively by soaking the cloth in one color, removing the wax with boiling water, and repeating if multiple colors are desired.
"Washing Instructions; Machine wash cold water; tumble dry low, warm iron, do not use bleach."
