Have you noticed that there are fewer Canadian cents on Listia now than a year or so ago? I believe there are two reasons for this. One, I believe there are more collectors of Canadian cents now because they are no longer being produced. Two, Canada started recalling and melting cents after they stopped production in 2012. Which ones do you think got melted down first? How about the ones that were sitting in bank vaults and were easiest to return? This should make later date coins much harder to come by than mintage numbers would indicate, in my opinion. Winning bidder will receive the coins in the pictures.
