This seller took the picture from the Neogaf website. His link shows the picture on the page that was posted years ago. There is no proof that he even has a 3ds to sell.

Also, he has never responded to messages. And his last login was a week ago on the 15th.

If you win this, you will end up having to do a dispute and wait awhile to get your points back.
