Wow, I see you decided to wait a few months or so and then relist this huh? So I guess your mom agreed to actually mail it this time or did she? Are you actually even gonna send this to the winner this time or does it really just depend on whether or not you get the amount of credits you want this time too?? Or do you even actually have it to send to the winner? You & I were talking back & forth thru emails not even 3 mins b4 the last auction ended for this EXACT SAME one and then I get no response from u for weeks and then u finally send me a message blaming your mother for YOU not responding to my emails & for YOU not sending me this item bc she didn't buy you what you needed to ship it or something crazy like that but what beats all is when you did finally respond you acted like it was jus no big deal to list something and then not send it to the winner or even respond, so let me assure you of this..... IT IS A BIG DEAL and it's NOT ok to do that. Have your circumstances changed now, has ur mom bought what you need to actually send it?? Just wana be sure

I've actually just had this happen to me 3 times in a row! I won 3 different auctions and the sellers didn't want to ship. My credits were all tied up and it was very depressing to have to go through the whole ordeal. When I put my things up for auction, it doesn't matter how many points/credits the item goes for, I ship the item out between 1-2 days of the person winning it. I hope this isn't another fraudulent case :-/

Lista. This auction needs to be cancell !!!!

I'm sure if I win this OR any other person. They would be happy to sent it. Because Lista will shut or account down and will not let you use a different name, AND That's fraud. I HAVE HAD THIS HAPPEND TO ME. TOO MANY TIMES. what I love about Lista. No second chance. So I want to know. HOW DO YOU PLAN TO MAIL IT. TRACKING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET WHEN YOU MAIL THE PACKAGE.
AND I'm sure you read the rules of Lista. 7 days is what you get to mail this.

Of course I did, you had no choice but to give them back. But that is an inconvenience to the honest Listians who have to wait on a refund and be disrespected in process. You don't seem to get how it works...

I would just be careful if you bid guys. I had to speak up for Everyone when I seen this auction. Obviously she still doesn't get what she did wrong or just don't care. She's acting like she's innocent & I did something wrong by telling the truth but I would have felt bad if someone else tied up a lot of credits all for nothing AGAIN!
