This auction is for a professional 3-pce Jean-Patrique Oriental Knife Set,..This set has never been used .The knives measure 81/2 in...11 in...and 131/2 in.The blades are 4,6,and 8 inches..The set includes an 8" chef's knife for carving and slicing meats; a 6" chef's knife for tasks like sandwich cutting and preparing vegetables and fish; and a 4" chef's knife for finely chopping herbs and preparing fruits and vegetables.

These are a very nice set. Are forged staneless steel? How well balanced are the tang with the handle in the process of dicing and Julienne cutting, do you know?

Jean-Patrique knives are made of 18/8 carbon stainless steel.Ihave never used these knives so don't know about balance .
