this is a power band that goes over a door and works every part of your body. i have the dvd, poster that shows the workouts. I could not use it do to my back injury.

Glad you like it. I tried to use it but my back injury would not let me. I used it 2 times and had to give it up.

it gives you a great workout. but due to my health I can't use these bands. they tell me to lose weight but i cut back to 1200cal and thats not helping. so how does some whos in cronic back pain 24/7 to do. so i hope you get this and enjoy. God Bless

I don't know the answer to your question but Meds help a little I also heard eating blueberries because of the antioxidens in them help people lose weight .Thanks and GOD BLESS you also
