The only way I will except PayPal anymore is if I charge $1.00 more due to PayPal charging me to use them. :-)

If people sent you money by PayPal family money they not charge you I always do that so make sure whole amount go to person

Yes you should tell this people some don't know some just ignorant because they know they are saving about 57 cents ,, I have that same problem with people on eBay finely I said I will not sent things if was not full paid
