Sweater is 13" from neck to tail base. Collar is 6-9" accounting for stretchability.
The best way to size your pet for sweaters is by weight. These sweaters are designed for easier fitting. They don't go around the belly, they go around the chest and some button under the belly, with adjustable sizing.
