Can you clarify what "Start price only covers shipping." means?

2500 = $2.50 which is what it cost to ship it. Anything after that is for the game.

But it says free shipping. I don't have a credit card to pay for shipping, you should have made that more clear. Could I pay for shipping by sending cash if I win?
