The interesting patterns of gold-on-green or gold-on-red make spent microchips ideal for upcycling in creative ways. Many have holes on one end, perfect for stitching through or for jump rings. Incorporate into jewelry, costume, photo frames, funky holiday ornaments, or scrapbooking.

These range from about 1" long to 3" long depending on the style. The green bar style have a glass bump in the center and are the most smooth. Many still have adhesive on the back that comes off with a little elbow grease.
