Grayish in color, not leather. One zipper pocket on outside front and two open pockets on sides for like a phone. Snap closier on main opening. Two zipper compartments on inside.

The purse is to flimsy to take a picture of the inside so I will try to explain the pockets inside. One pocket is in the back panel, it is small, guessing a 5 x 7" pocket. the other pocket goes down the middle of the inside of purse, therefore you have three inside pockets to put stuff in but only one is a zipped pocket. The inside pocket through the middle of the purse, I'm guessing about a 5 x 10" pocket. Hope this helps.
