Because she is claiming I never sent her items and I did sent even with a tracking number HENCE FORTH THE REASON LISTIA DID NOT REFUND HER CREDITS I am sorry Karen171 if you take her word that is your choice However I wouldnt have 100% POSITIVE feed back and I am new to listia and you can ask others that have gotten my stuff I ALWAYS send with tracking AND I ALSO make sure there is insurance on the package ( WHICH I guess is stupid on my part since I have found out all the receiver has to do is file a claim and get $50.00 for saying something is wrong with what they received God bless and have a great day

Your refund was not given because you received your items also filed a claim with USPS for the 50 bucks of insurance as well

Ma'am I am sorry you felt the need to get all up in her drama her issues with me were addressed by Listia and they refused to refund her credits I sent her the items and she also filed a claim to receive 50$ in insurance ANOTHER SCAM going on against people who use tracking number ....

It's okay. I have been through some of these Listians too. I sent high end perfume with tracking brand new in sealed package. Only to have a Listians say that it was watered down. I pride myself on my ratings and gave her a complete refund that where a lot of credits plus free shipping. You can block people and they can't bid or comment on your auctions.
