These Vintage Salt & Pepper shakers are very delicate & Feminine.
What a Lovely addition to your Curio S & P collection or to grace your Special occasion table.

They are trimmed in 24k Gold, with very little wear & even have an S & P initial to remind you which is which. Also the S has 6 holes on top & the P has 3 holes.
They were not as "Heart Healthy" back in the 40's & 50's, as today they would probably be opposite! Lol!

They are adorned with pretty Violet Appliques ( or hand painted, but I believe they are transfers)?? Not sure.

Both bottoms are marked Japan, as shown in photos & both are missing their corks. Any Hardware store of any positive repute will have replacements, or you can whittle down an old Wine cork if you want to use them in a rush ;0) & I have done just that, with other pairs.

They are 3.5" tall & about 2" wide. No cracks or chips or crazing. That's it!
