My sister got me this for Christmas, but I do not wear watches. Never been worn. Silver band with pink background for clock. It does need a battery, not working right now, I'm assuming because it was a gift from a few years back.

Limited lifetime warranty does NOT cover the case crown, buttons, crystal, band, bracelet or batteries. States that LEI is not responsible for any consequential damages arising from ownership or use of watch. Should a watch module or movement become inoperative due to defective materials or workmanship, it can be returned to LEI with check or money order of $6.95. This amount is not a repair charge, but rather a service charge to cover the cost of handling, reshipping and insurance. The warranty is void if the defect is determined to be caused by tampering with or abuse of the module or movement.

The warranty info packet also give you the procedure to return the watch and directions to set the time.
